Welcome to SheSea. These terms and conditions govern the access to and use of our platform, including the mobile application and website. When you register and use SheSea, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

3. Use of the Application
SheSea is a platform designed to connect women in the maritime industry. The application is divided into several sections according to the profile and needs of each user:
3.1. Professional Profile
This section is intended for women who are looking for employment opportunities in the maritime industry.
- It allows the users to create a professional profile with detailed information about your experience, certifications and skills.
- Makes it easier to connect with businesses and employers looking for talent in the sector.
- Users can receive job offers and apply directly from the platform.
- Includes the option to upload a CV and participate in processes of selection within the app.
3.2. Profile Recreational
This section is intended for users who want to enjoy the sea without professional guidance.
- Allows you to connect with other women interested in maritime activities and recreation.
- Users can organize boat trips, meetings, and shared experiences.
- They can join groups with similar interests and plan activities of navigation and / or learning.
3.3. Forum (Community Forum)
SheSea has a forum where users can interact, share experiences and discuss issues related to the maritime community.
- It allows you to post questions, advice and opinions.
- It is prohibited to content that is offensive, discriminatory or unlawful.
- SheSea moderates and deletes posts that violate these rules.
- Users can report inappropriate content for review.
3.4. Events
In this section, the users can gain access to exclusive events related to the maritime industry and recreational activities.
- Users can buy tickets to events directly from the app. All transactions will be handled safely, and SheSea can request additional information for verification of identity at certain events.
- You can view upcoming events based on the location and the interests of the user.
- Some events may require verification of identity and / or certifications to participate.
- Users can get notifications and reminders about the events they have registered.
📌 We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or do a misuse of the functionality of the app.
4. Creation and Management of Accounts
- Can only register those 18 years or older.
- Each user is responsible for the security of your account.
- It is not permitted to share accounts or impersonate identities.
- We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or be reported for suspicious activity.
📌 Users can delete their account at any time.
If a user want to recover your account after you delete it, you must contact support within the 30 days of the cancellation.
5. Content Generated by Users
- Users are responsible for the content published on the platform.
- SheSea will be able to moderate and remove content that violates our standards.
6. Liability and Limitation of Warranties
- SheSea not responsible for the interactions between users outside of the platform.
- We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the service or the absence of technical errors.
- We are not responsible for loss of data, system failures or unauthorized access.
- It is prohibited to publish content that is offensive, illegal, fraudulent, or discriminatory.
- Do not allow the use of SheSea for commercial activities is not allowed.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Payments and Additional Services (Currently, there are no payments within the app.)
- Some capabilities may require payment in the future.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined in the refund policy.
- Users are responsible for verifying the costs before making a purchase.
8. Modification of Terms
- SheSea reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- In the event of changes, we will notify the users via the app or via email with reasonable notice.

10. Applicable law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. In the case of consumers, individual parts, according to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16,, which approves the revised text of the General law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, submit to the courts of the place of residence of the user.
In addition, under the Regulation (EU) no 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 may 2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer, SheSea reports to the users that, in case of a dispute, you can access the "Platform for Online Dispute Resolution" developed by the European Commission to try to resolve out-of-court any dispute related to the services SheSea.
