Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome to SheSea. These terms and conditions govern the access to and use of our platform, including the mobile application and website. When you register and use SheSea, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Responsible Entity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SheSea operated by (to be specified when the company is legally incorporated), with registered address in (...). Use of the Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Shesea es una plataforma dise\u00f1ada para conectar a mujeres en la industria mar\u00edtima. La aplicaci\u00f3n se divide en varias secciones seg\u00fan el perfil y las necesidades de cada usuaria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1. Perfil Recreativo:<\/strong> Armadora<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta secci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dirigida a usuarias que poseen su propio barco y desean compartir experiencias de navegaci\u00f3n recreativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permite publicar salidas en barco para encontrar tripulaci\u00f3n femenina af\u00edn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las armadoras pueden planificar actividades como traves\u00edas costeras, salidas de fin de semana, regatas recreativas o rutas de mayor duraci\u00f3n (cruising).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilita la conexi\u00f3n con otras mujeres con experiencia o inter\u00e9s en navegar como acompa\u00f1antes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2. Perfil Recreativo: <\/strong>Tripulaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta secci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dirigida a usuarias que desean embarcarse como tripulantes en salidas de ocio organizadas por otras mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permite buscar y solicitar unirse a salidas publicadas por armadoras, seg\u00fan tipo de traves\u00eda y nivel de experiencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las tripulantes pueden elegir entre salidas cortas de d\u00eda o fin de semana, regatas recreativas o viajes m\u00e1s largos (cruising).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomenta la conexi\u00f3n entre mujeres que comparten el inter\u00e9s por aprender, colaborar y disfrutar del mar en un entorno seguro y comunitario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or do a misuse of the functionality of the app.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Creation and Management of Accounts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can only register those 18 years or older.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each user is responsible for the security of your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is not permitted to share accounts or impersonate identities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or be reported for suspicious activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Users can delete their account at any time.<\/strong><br>If a user want to recover your account after you delete it, you must contact support within the <strong>30 days of the cancellation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Content Generated by Users<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users are responsible for the content published on the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SheSea will be able to moderate and remove content that violates our standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Liability and Limitation of Warranties<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SheSea not responsible for the interactions between users outside of the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the service or the absence of technical errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for loss of data, system failures or unauthorized access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is prohibited to publish content that is offensive, illegal, fraudulent, or discriminatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not allow the use of SheSea for commercial activities is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Payments and Additional Services<\/strong> <em>(Currently, there are no payments within the app.)<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some capabilities may require payment in the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined in the refund policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users are responsible for verifying the costs before making a purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Modification of Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SheSea reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of changes, we will notify the users via the app or via email with reasonable notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>The continued use of SheSea after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Applicable law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law.
